And the key fob is barely working, and having issues. They ended up bringing me a different loaner car that REEKS of urine and mildew. I finally got a call from them saying that my car still wasn't ready, but the car that I was using from them had sold, and that they needed it back ASAP. Throughout the week, when I called, they also lied to me multiple times about various things, and were very unprofessional. After having a loaner car for a few days, and having to contact the dealership 4 times in 1 day to get an answer, they told me that the car still wasn't ready and that they would give me an ETA. I called multiple times, and they either transferred me to people that wouldn't answer, not call me back when I left a message, or they would also just drop the call and I would have to call back. Between sales advisors, and managers, no one would give me a straight answer or help me in any way. They hadn't contacted me whatsoever, so I had to reach out to them multiple times to try and get an answer. They gave me a loaner car to drive, and told me that they would keep me updated on the car that I purchased.
So this dealership told me that they would get the things fixed and the car back to me within 2 days. I bought a vehicle that ended up presenting with issues right before I was able to drive off the lot. Buying a car from this dealership was one of the worst experiences I've ever gone through.
